摘要 本文在GB50029--2014《压缩空气站设计规范》节能环保新求的基础上,结合国外压缩空气系统设计经验,提出了压缩空气设计流速应为6~9m/s,管道选择应站外、站内、不同品质压缩空气区别设计,设备应优选喷油螺杆空压机及冷冻式干燥器,采用自动排污装置提高自动化水平以降低成本。最后,在管道设计上提出顺气流方向设排水坡度、改进主管、支管之间的连接方式等几点优化建议。 Based on the GB50029--2014 new energy saving requirements of the new national standard "compressed air station design specifications", the combination of foreign compressed air system design experience, proposed the design flow rate of compressed air should be selected should stand as 6-9rrds, pipeline in addition, the station, the difference between different air quality design, the device should preferably be injected screw compressor and refrigeration dryer, automatic sewage plant to improve the level of automation to reduce costs.Finally, in the pipeline designed to make the air flow direction set along the drainage slope, improvement in charge, connection between the branch pipe, etc.
