摘要
分析北京、上海、广州、深圳4个城市的地方性建筑面积计算规则,探讨其特点和规律。同时也对计算规则实施过程的一些争议问题进行思考,对规则日后的修订和完善提出一些建议。
Analysis of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen four cities of local construction area of calculation rules, discusses its characteristics and laws.At the same time also to calculate some controversial problem in the process of implementing rules, puts forward some proposals for revising and improving the future of the rules.
