摘要
境外工程包含我国政府、企业境外投资建设工程、国外业主雇佣我企业建设工程、驻外机构工程,援建工程等。作者结合工作经验,对实施境外工程主要风险进行分类,并对风险应对提出一定解决方法。
Offshore engineering contains our government, foreign enterprises to invest in construction engineering, foreign owners hire I construction enterprises and institutions abroad engineering and reconstruction projects.In this paper, the author combined with work experience, the implementation of the main risk of overseas classification, and the risk of a certain solution to deal with it.
