外源水杨酸诱导伽师瓜采后抗链格孢病害效果的研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了离体条件下不同浓度的水杨酸(0、0.05、0.1、0.5、1.0、2.0、5.0 mmol/L)处理对链格孢菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发的影响,并以新疆伽师瓜为试材,在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验确定了外源水杨酸诱导控制伽师瓜链格孢病害的最佳处理条件。结果表明,离体条件下,低浓度(0.1~1.0 mmol/L)的水杨酸对链格孢菌的菌丝生长和孢子萌发均无显著的抑制作用;外源水杨酸诱导控制伽师瓜链格孢病害的最佳处理参数为:水杨酸浓度0.5 mmol/L,处理时间10 min,诱导间隔期48 h,该诱导处理可有效控制由链格孢菌侵染引起的伽师瓜采后黑斑病,病情指数达到最低。 The effects of different concentrations of salicylic acid(0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 5.0 mmol/L) on the mycelia growth and spore germination of Alternaria alternate were investigated. Using Jiashi melon as raw material,the optimal treatment conditions of exogenous salicylic acid against Alternaria alternata were determined though single factor and orthogonal tests. The results showed that, in vitro conditions, low concentration(0.1~1.0 mmol/L) of salicylic acid had no significant inhibition on Alternaria alternata mycelium growth and spore germination, the optimal treatment conditions for inhabiting Alternaria alternata were: salicylic acid concentration 0.5 mmol/L, treatment time 10 min, time interval for SA inducing 48 h. The treatment could effectively control the black spot disease in Alternaria alternate infected Jiashi melon and minimized the disease index.
