摘要
以糜子皮为原料,乙醇为提取溶剂,在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验优化超声辅助提取糜子皮多酚的工艺条件。结果表明,超声辅助提取糜子皮多酚的最佳工艺条件为:在室温(25℃)下,以体积分数为40%的乙醇为提取溶剂,料液比1∶25(g/m L),超声功率320 W,提取时间40 min。在此工艺条件下,糜子皮中多酚的平均提取率为0.99%,相对标准偏差为2.14%,该工艺准确度高,重复性好,可为糜子皮资源的深度开发利用提供参考。
Single factor tests combined with orthogonal test were employed to optimize ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions of polyphenols from prosomillet pericarp, ethanol as extraction solvent. The results indicated that, the optimal extraction conditions for maximum yield of polyphenol were: ethanol concentration 40%, solid-liquid ratio1∶25(g/m L), ultrasonic power 320 W, extraction time 40 min. Under these conditions, the average yield of polyphenols from prosomillet pericarp was 0.99%, the relative standard deviation was 2.14%. The results suggested that, the extraction technology could expand the application of prosomillet pericarp with regards to its high accuracy and good repeatability.
