摘要
综述了国内外樱桃番茄保鲜技术的研究进展,分析现有保鲜技术的优缺点并指出优化路径,展望了樱桃番茄保鲜技术的研究方向,以期为我国樱桃番茄产业的发展提供理论指导。
The research progress of cherry tomato storage technology in the world were summarized in this paper.The flaws and advantages of the storage methods of cherry tomato were analyzed, and solutions were proposed. The feasible research directions were prospected, which may provide subservient references for the storage of cherry tomato in the future.
