摘要
对山东乐陵金丝小枣的历史、产业文化及发展、营养特色等进行了总结,并对包括金丝小枣在内的我国枣加工利用现状进行了分析,对提升我国红枣加工业的技术水平和效益途径提出了概括性建议。
The history, industrial culture and development, nutritional characteristics of Shandong Laoling Jinsixiaozao were summarized, and the current status of processing and utilization of the Chinese jujube were analyzed in this paper. On this basis, the general recommendations for improving science and technology innovation level and on the ways to enhance efficiency in jujube processing industry were proposed.
