摘要
建立了带钢轧制过程有限元模型,考虑轧辊弹性变形以及材料加工硬化、应变速率对带钢变形抗力的影响,模拟更加符合实际工况。计算结果表明,薄带轧制区轮廓存在扁平的中性区,轧制压力会显著增大。传统圆弧轧辊理论不再适用于薄带轧制计算。对模型二次开发,编制自动建模程序及界面,方便离线工程应用。
A FEM model of strip rolling process has been established. The influence of roll deformation, material work hardening and strain rate have been consider in the model, which match the rolling process. The re- suits show that a central flat region exist in the deformation zone. The pressure in the central flat region has increase significantly. The circular arc roll theory of the tradition does not adapt the thin strip rolling calculation. A second - developed model has been programmed, which is convenient to engineering application.
