Study and Application of the OG Process for Primary Converter Gas Treatment

通过转炉煤气一次除尘技术应用现状对比及净化回收技术难点分析、提出了企业应根据实际情况提升现有OG系统节能减排能效的技术路线。着重介绍了转炉一次烟气双塔集成深度净化系统的组合技术、工艺流程、技术特点及分析、应用数据及效果。论述了该系统采用的多项创新技术及措施,能够满足转炉煤气净化回收系统更严的烟尘排放标准或要求。

Pointing to the shortages of the old OG-process and some problems of recycling technology in the field of converter gas treatment, the OG-process upgrade has been put on the schedule with the background of the na- tional energy strategy. This article focus on the de-dusting technology used by treatment of primary converter gas and the relevant clarification process. By analyzing the process datum and the application examples, it is demonstrated that the new creative technology will meet the engineering requirements well in the recycling procedure of converter gas. After the treatment with it much stricter standard of pollution emission will be reached.
