脑白质疏松症伴轻度认知障碍患者的认知障碍特点分析

Analysis of the Characteristics of Cognitive Impairment in Patients with Leukoaraiosis Associated with Mild Cognitive Impairment

目的探讨分析脑白质疏松症伴轻度认知障碍患者的认知障碍特点。方法选取2013年1月-2015年12月收治的108例脑白质疏松症伴轻度认知障碍患者,设为观察组,并选取108健康者为对照组,分别运用蒙特利尔认知评估（MoCA）量表与画钟测试（CDT）进行评估。结果观察组定向力、注意力与计算力、记忆力、语言能力、视空间能力、抽象能力、命名能力评分显著低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组CDT结果为74例≤3分,对照组无,对比差异明显（P〈0.05）,有统计学意义。结论脑白质疏松症伴轻度认知障碍患者主要表现为定向力差、注意力不集中、计算力弱、记忆延迟、理解力下降等,在进行治疗的时候,可以结合患者的实际情况,给予针对性治疗。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of cognitive impairment in patients with leukoaraiosis associated with mild cognitive impairment. Methods From January 2013 to December 2015,108 cases with leukoaraiosis associated with mild cognitive impairment were treated in Department of Neurology,Shenyang City Red Cross hospital,They are set to the observation group; 108 healthy subjects were selected as the control group at the same time. respectively,using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment（ MoCA） and clock drawing test（ CDT） were evaluated. Results In the observation group,orientation,attention and computing power,memory,language ability,depending on the spatial ability and abstract ability,naming ability score was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference has statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The observation group CDT results of 74 cases were less than 3 points,the control group,the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）,there was statistical significance. Conclusions The main clinical characteristics of patients with leukoaraiosis associated with mild cognitive impairment： directional force difference,inattention,weak force calculation,delay memory,comprehension drops,etc.. It is suggested that the treatment should be combined with the actual situation of patients,given personalized treatment plan.
