三维正脊术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床护理方法探究

The Clinical Nursing Method of Three Dimensional Corrective Spinal Surgery for Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探究三维正脊术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床护理方法。方法研究对象为2012年5月-2015年5月收治的102例腰椎间盘突出症患者,并随机分成对照组（51例）和观察组（51例）。两组均采用三维正脊术治疗,对照组给予常规临床护理,观察组采取全程临床护理。对比分析两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组腰椎间盘突出症患者的总有效率、疼痛VAS评分、并发症发生率、复发率等各项观察指标均显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论三维正脊术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的同时,配合有效的全程临床护理可以显著提高临床疗效,缓解患者疼痛,避免术后并发症的发生,降低复发率,有效缩短病程,减轻患者经济负担,促进其快速康复。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing method for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with three dimensional corrective spinal surgery. Methods From May 2012 to May 2015,102 cases with lumbar disc herniation were treated in Department of Traumatology,Shenyang Orthopaedic Hospital and they were randomly divided into control group（ 51 cases） and observation group（ 51 cases）. The two groups were treated with three- dimensional corrective spinal surgery,the control group received routine clinical care,the observation group to take the whole clinical nursing.The clinical effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate,pain VAS score,complication rate and recurrence rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Three- dimensional spine surgery in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,with effective whole nursing intervention can significantly improve clinical curative effect,relieve the pain of the patients,to avoid the occurrence of postoperative complications,reduce the recurrence rate,effectively shorten the course,reduce the economic burden of the patients,and promote its rapid recovery.
