我国农民工职业教育培训实证研究——基于山东省横截面数据的分析 被引量:5

摘要 经济新常态下产业结构转型升级对人力资本提出更高要求,为解决当前农民工职业教育培训中面临的诸多问题,提升农民工素质适应市场变化需求,依据山东省《2014年农民工监测调查》微观数据,通过Logit模型实证分析了影响农民工职业教育培训需求的因素。结果表明:教育水平显著影响农民工职业教育培训需求;政府累积补贴和参加教育培训的累积花费显著影响农民工的参与概率;农民工的年龄、工龄与参加职业教育培训需求为倒"U"型关系;农民工职业教育培训需求存在显著的地区差异和性别差异。 The transformation and upgrading of industrial structure brings out higher demand for human capital under China's economic new normal. In order to solve the current problems in vocational education and training for migrant workers and improve the qualification of migrant workers, this paper employs logit model to analyze the factors affecting the vocational training demands for migrant workers using micro data from "2014 national monitoring survey of migrant workers" of Shandong Province. We find that. 1) the levels of education significantly affect vocational education and training demands for migrant workers; 2)government cumulative subsidies and the cumulative cost of participating in education and training have a significant impact on migrant workers; 3)there is U-shaped relationship between workers age, length of service and education training; and 4) there are significant regional differences and gender differences in vocational education.
