摘要
本文介绍了朝阳地区林业有害生物防控任务艰巨、基础设施建设缓慢、人才短缺、技术落后、资金紧缺等现状及面临的问题,提出林业有害生物防控体系建设目标及建立固定监测站、配备先进监测系统与设备、建立防控专业队伍、开展普查与鼠(兔)害调查、加强宣传、防治检疫性病虫害发生、预防有害生物入侵等措施。
The confronted problem of arduous task, slow infrastructure construction, shortage of talents, lag in technology, financial constraints of the forestry pests comprehensive control system construction of Chaoyang area were introduced. The aim of forestry pests comprehensive control system construction and establishing measure of stationary monitoring station, equipping with advanced monitoring system and facilities, establishing professional prevention and control team, carrying general investigation and rat （rabbit） damage investigation, strengthening publicity, controlling the occurrence of quarantine pests, preventing the invasion of pests were raised.
