摘要
本文针对林业科技推广示范项目建设中"钱怎么花""活怎么干""事怎么管"等问题,提出强化资金、过程、验收考核、档案、绩效管理,实行严格审计、合同阅读、实施细则、项目负责人、定期不定期核查、年度报告、技术报告、考核结果通报、履行合同约谈、问题项目追责、结余资金原渠道收缴等一系列制度,确保项目实施纳入法制化、规范化、科学化管理轨道。
A series of institution of intensifying capital, process, acceptance check, file, performance management, carrying out rigid audit, contract reading, enforcement regulation, project leader, scheduled and non - scheduled inspect, annual report, technology report, check result notification, contract interview, project accountability, original channels of surplus funds were raised aiming at how to spend the money, how to do the work, how to manage the issue in the construction of forestry technology popularization demonstration project. It can guarantee the project implementation into legislation, standardization and scientific management track.
