摘要
在中国经济新常态和建设"丝绸之路经济带"的宏观背景下,文章通过选择影响金融发展各方面的10个指标构建区域金融发展水平评价的指标体系,以2013年西部地区12个省份数据为样本,运用R型因子分析和灰色聚类分析的方法对相关数据进行分析,对西部金融发展水平做出综合评价,最后提出了针对西部12个省份未来金融发展的政策建议,以期为相关部门的决策提供参考意见。
Under the macroscopic background of construction ＂silk road＂ economic belt and western development strategy, the paper chooses 10 indicators that affected the financial development to build evaluation index system of re- gional financial development level. Choosing 12 western region provinces data in 2013 as sample, using R factor analy- sis and grey clustering analysis method, the paper analyzes the relevant data and evaluates the western region financial development. Finally the paper proposes some suggestions about financial development of the 12 provinces in western, in order to provide references for the decision of the relevant departments.
