基于精准扶贫视角下的农村养老保险发展对策研究

随着人口老龄化问题的出现,"养儿防老"、"老有所养"成为全社会非常关注的问题。本文在分析农村养老的现状和问题的同时借鉴国外开展农村养老保险的经验,提出针对精准扶贫动因下的农村养老保险的发展对策。

With the problem of population aging, ＂the aging of population＂ has become very concerned problem of the whole society. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the rural old-age pension, and draws on the foreign experience of rural endowment insurance, and puts forward the development countermeasures of rural old- age insurance.
