摘要
本课题报告采用实地调查法,基于中行广西区分行社区金融业务的推动,探讨以e社区为场景完成社区服务的业务模式,从差异化服务、贷款需求、理财信息获取、非金融服务必要性以及整体营销策略等几个方面进行探讨,为商业银行社区金融业务的推广进行尝试性探索。
Base on field investigation and the community finance promotion work of Bank of China Guangxi branch, with the aims of trying to have a further promotion financial e-community business, this paper probes into the business model of the e-community of Bank of China, and discusses it from the following aspects : differential service, loan demand, financial information acquiring, necessity of non-financial service and the overall marketing strategy.
