枯草芽孢杆菌-刺五加多糖合生元对蛋雏鸡免疫器官指数及盲肠微生物的影响 被引量:2

The effect of bacillus subtilis- acanthopanax polysaccharide biostime on the immune organ index and caecum microorganism of chicks

摘要 试验旨在通过饲养试验和屠宰试验研究一种枯草芽孢杆菌-刺五加多糖合生元对蛋雏鸡的免疫器官指数及盲肠微生物的影响。试验选用600只健康、体重相近的1日龄海兰褐雏鸡,随机分成6组,每组4个重复,每个重复25只鸡。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮;Ⅱ组为抗生素组,在基础日粮中添加金霉素(80 g/t);Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组为试验组,分别在基础饲粮中添加0.1%、0.2%、0.4%和0.8%的枯草芽孢杆菌-刺五加多糖合生元,试验期56 d。结果表明,在免疫器官指数上,与对照组相比,添加量为0.1%和0.8%时,对蛋雏鸡胸腺、脾脏、法氏囊的指数影响均不显著,当添加量为0.2%~0.4%时,影响均显著(P〈0.05);与金霉素组相比,胸腺指数各试验组差异均不显著,脾脏和法氏囊指数0.2%、0.4%组显著提高(P〈0.05),且两者之间差异不显著(P〉0.05)。在盲肠微生物方面,与对照组相比,大肠杆菌数量0.1%和0.2%组差异不显著(P〉0.05),0.4%和0.8%组显著降低(P〈0.05);0.1%、0.2%、0.4%组显著高于金霉素组(P〈0.05),0.8%组与金霉素组作用相当(P〉0.05)。与对照组和金霉素组相比,乳酸杆菌数量0.1%组差异不显著,0.2%、0.4%、0.8%组均显著提高(P〈0.05);双歧杆菌数量0.1%和0.8%组差异均不显著(P〉0.05),0.2%、0.4%均显著提高(P〈0.05)。在试验条件下,该枯草芽孢杆菌-刺五加多糖合生元产品对蛋雏鸡免疫器官指数及盲肠微生物均有显著改善作用,其效果与添加量有关,0.2%和0.4%组效果显著,综合考虑,当添加0.4%时饲喂效果较好。 This experiment aims to study effect of bacillus subtilis - acanthopanax polysaccharide bios- time on the immune organ index and caecum microorganism of chicks by raise and slaughter test.Six hundred one-day-old'Hy-Line VARIETR BROWN'ehicks with an average body weight were random- ly allotted to 6 groups with 4 replicates per group and 25 chickens per replicate. The chicks were ran- domly subjected to one of the following 6 treatments for 56 days: the control group( I Group),feeding basic ration; antibiotics group( Ⅱ Group), supplemented with aureomycin (80 g/t) ;other groups supple- mented with 0.1% (III Group), 0.2% (IV Group), 0.4%(V Group), 0.8%(V[ Group) of bacillus subtilis-acanthopanax polysaccharide biostime, respec- tively.Result,On immune organ index,compared with control group, 0.1% and 0.8% group had no significant effect on the index of thymus, spleen, bursa of fabricius (P〉0.05), but it had significant effect when added 0.2%-0.4% in the diets(P〈 0.05);Compared with aureomycin group,all grouphad no significant difference on the index of thymus(P〉0.05), 0.2% and 0.4% group had made a signifi- cant improved on the index of spleen, bursa of fabricius(P〈0.05), but 0.2% and 0.4% group had no dif- ference(P〉0.05).As in caecum microorganism, compared with control group,the number of e. coli of 0.1% and 0.2% group had no significant difference(P〉0.05), 0.4% and 0.8% group decreseded signifi- cantly (P〈0.05); 0.1%,0.2% and 0.4% group significant higher than aureomycin group(P〈0.05), the ef- fect of 0.8% group as same as aureomycin group (P〉0.05).Compared with control group and aureomy- cin group,the number of Lactobacillus of 0.1% group had no significant difference(P〉0.05), 0.2%, 0.4% and 0.8% group decreseded significantly (P〈0.05);the number of bifidobacterium of 0.1% and 0.8% group had no significant difference(P〉0.05), 0.2% and 0.4% group deereseded significantly (P〈 0.05). Under the condition of this experiment, the product of bacillus subtilis-acanthopanax polysac- charide biostime has a good effect on the the ileum organization structure and duodenum digestive en- zymes of chicks, its effect was related to the content and the effects of 0.2%, 0.4% group are signifi- cant. Considering two factors,feeding effeet was better when added about 0.4% in the diets of chicks.
