摘要
电动摩托车及电动轻便摩托车(简称电动摩托车)用电机噪声测试项目是电动摩托车用电机及控制器测试项目之一,更是各类电机的通用试验项目,也是电机性能的重要评价指标。正确测定电机的噪声是个相当复杂的问题,它不仅与测试方法有关,还与测试场地的声学环境条件有关。根据电机尺寸和测试场地的声学环境,正确选取基础测试标准,正确安装电机和设置测点,以及有效地抑制测试环境中的背景噪声,将在很大程度上影响测试结果的准确性。
Motor noise test for electric motorcycles and electric mopeds (hereinafter referred to as electric motorcycles) is one of the motors and controllers test items for electric motorcycles. Motor noise test is one of the motor general test items too. It is an important evaluation index of motor performance. How to correctly determine motor noise is a very complicated problem. It is not only related to the test method, but also related to the acoustic environment of the test room. Correct selection of base test standard, properly installed motor and effectively restraining the background noise will influence the accuracy of the test results.
