摘要 以一台YN38CRD2柴油发动机为研究对象,增加CNG供气系统装置,将原机改装成为一台CNG/柴油双燃料高压共轨发动机。同时,基于发动机的不同运行工况,将工作模式划分为停止模式、起动-怠速模式、常规模式、过渡模式和转速限制模式,确定各模式间相互转换条件,并由此设计工况判断策略和各工况下的控制策略。试验结果表明,双燃料模式下的动力性接近原机,低转速时最大扭矩略高于原机10N·m,高转速时最大扭矩略低于原机;随着发动机负荷增加,转速波动能够稳定在20r/min以内,实现了双燃料发动机的平稳运转。 Taking a YN38CRD2 diesel engine as the research object, fitted with a CNG gas supplying system, the original engine was converted into a CNG/diesel dual fuel high-pressure common-rail engine. At the same time, based on different working conditions of the engine, the operation mode was divided into stop mode, start-idle mode, normal mode, transition mode and speed-limit mode, each of the modes was determined under conversional eonditiofis, and thus judgement strategies and control strategies of each conditions are designed. Preliminary test results show that the power of the dual-fuel mode is close to the original engine, the maximum torque at low speed is slightly higher than the original machine by 10N·m, slightly lower at high speed; As the engine load increases, the speed fluctuation can be stabilized within the range of 20r/min, to achieve the smooth operation of dual-fuel engine.
