摘要
乙醇燃料作为一种清洁替代燃料越来越得到汽车厂家的青睐,但由于乙醇与汽油燃料理化性质的不同,乙醇用作车用燃料会对普通汽油发动机零部件造成一定的腐蚀与磨损。通过对某四缸增压汽油发动机进行局部调整后,进行乙醇燃料400h冷热交变试验;通过对试验过程数据的分析及试验后发动机零部件状态检查,初步了解了乙醇燃料对发动机磨损、腐蚀的程度及影响;通过对异常点分析并对异常零部件制定可行性措施及方案,为后续乙醇发动机的开发提供借鉴和指导。
As a clean alternative fuel, ethanol gets the favor of auto manufacturers more and more. But because of the different physical-chemical properties of ethanol and gasoline, ethanol used as a vehicle fuel to regular gasoline engine will lead to corrosion and wear of parts. Based on the local adjustment of a four cylinder turbocharged gasoline engine, 400 h cold-hot alternation load experiment was carried out on a ethanol engine. According to the analysis of test data and the state of test engine parts after state examination, the influence of ethanol fuel on engine wear and corrosion is preliminarily understood. Through the analysis of abnormal point and abnormal parts, feasibility measures and solution were formulated, providing reference and guidance for the development of ethanol engine.
