摘要
全域旅游是空间全景化的系统旅游,全域旅游要把握具有核心竞争力的旅游吸引物,实现区域资源有机整合、产业融合发展、社会共建共享,以旅游业带动和促进经济社会协调发展。全域旅游的开发必须立足于自身特点,从市场需求出发,开发相应的旅游产品。在全域旅游的背景下,如何利用旅游业特有的带动效应,发展旅游业带动贫困的农村地区经济的发展,尽快脱贫,是精准扶贫研究的课题。
Global tourism is a systematic tourism with panoramic spaces. It has to center around the tourism attractions which have core competitiveness, and realize the organic integration of regional resources for an integrative development of the industry and the social co-construction and sharing, so as to promote the coordinated development of economy and society by tourism industry. To develop the global tourism, we should take the market demand as the starting point to develop tourist products based upon the region's own characteristics. In the context of global tourism, how to promote the economy of the poor rural areas by tourism industry to help them lift out of poverty as soon as pos- sible is the research subject of the targeted measures for poverty alleviation.
