摘要
随着领导信任危机的频繁出现,真实型领导成为领导理论发展的新方向。通过梳理了国内外关于真实型领导的文献,本文构建了真实型领导、内部动机与员工创新行为的理论框架,从社会交换理论和内部动机理论出发,探讨真实型领导对员工创新行为的积极影响以及内部动机的中介作用,为企业创新管理实践提供了指导性建议。
Because of the frequent trust crises, authentic leadership becomes a new direction of leadership theory development. After reviewing the literature in China and abroad on authentic leadership, the paper constructs a theoretical framework of authentic leadership, intrinsic motivation and employee innovations. Based on social exchange theory and intrinsic motivation theory, the paper explores the positive influence of authentic leadership on employee innovations and its mediation effect on intrinsic motivation. It serves as guidance for enterprises' innovation management.
