摘要 急性主动脉夹层（acuteaonicdissection，AAD）是指管壁存在基础结构病变的主动脉内膜发生突然撕裂，血流进入主动脉壁中，将主动脉壁分成两层。AAD起病急、进展快，是死亡率最高的心血管疾病之一。H0ward等从2002—2012年对92728人进行了研究，发现主动脉夹层的发病率为4-7／10万人，患者到达医院前的死亡率为18％，
