摘要
高职教育的本质特征决定了高职院校校长必备素质的特殊性。根据对高职院校校长职业能力的界定,对高职院校校长的基本情况进行了调查,依据数据分析了高职院校校长职业能力提升前的任职标准和提升中的要求,进而提出了相应的对策与建议。
The essential characteristics of higher vocational education determine the particularity of the presidents’ qualities required in higher vocational colleges. According to the definition of vocational abilities for the presidents in higher vocational colleges, the basic situations of the higher vocational college presidents are investigated, according to the data obtained, the post qualification requirements are analyzed to the higher vocational college presidents’ vocational abilities before the improvement and the requirements during the improvement, and some relevant strategies and suggestions are proposed.
