摘要
提出了一种Lx波段功放的设计方法。通过对基于3 d B电桥的功率合成电路进行改进,功放可实现发射天线选择功能。文中对该设计方法进行了理论计算,以及基于ADS软件的仿真分析,并研制出Lx波段的350 W功放试验样机。实际测试结果与仿真结果基本一致。
An Lx band PA using an improved circuit of power combination based on 3 d B hybrid is proposed,which offers transmit antenna selection. Theory calculation and simulated analysis based on ADS( Advanced design system) are utilized. And a prototype of a 350 W Lx band power amplifier is fabricated. The measured results agree well with the simulation.
