摘要
利用2008—2012年中国30个省、市、区面板数据,分析中国东、中、西部地区二氧化碳排放量与人口、经济发展和技术这三大因素的关系。实证结果表明:人口对二氧化碳排放的作用方向为正;二氧化碳与经济发展存在"倒U"型关系;技术发展能够抑制二氧化碳排放;二氧化碳排放存在明显的路径依赖。由此提出,中国应该加快经济发展,调整产业结构,研发并应用低碳技术来降低二氧化碳排放量。
This paper uses 30 Chinese provincial data between 2008 and 2012 to analyze the relationship among population, economic development, technology innovation and carbon dioxide emission in eastern region, central region and western region of China. The result shows that population has positive effect on the carbon dioxide emis- sion, and there is an inverted u-shaped relationship between carbon dioxide emission and economic development. The result also shows that technology can decrease the emission, and the emission past will influence the emission of current period. It is concluded that in order to reduce carbon dioxide emission, China should speed up the eco- nomic development, and adjusting industrial structure, as well as develop and apply low-carbon technologies.
