摘要
动脉粥样硬化是一种常见病,常累及心血管、脑血管导致严重后果。西医以降脂、抗炎、抗凝和手术治疗等为治疗动脉粥样硬化的主要手段,近年来随着中医治疗动脉粥样硬化的实验和临床研究逐步深入,也取得了明显的进展,但动脉粥样硬化的治疗效果仍不能让人满意。本文通过探讨动脉粥样硬化的中医病机和西医病理之间的联系,为中西医结合治疗动脉粥样硬化提供参考。
Atherosclerosis is a fairly common disease associated with heart and brain blood vessels,posing serious cardiovascular complications. Western medicine is the main means of treatment of atherosclerosis. In recent years,with the experimental and clinical research on atherosclerosis,the traditional Chinese medicine has made remarkable progress in the treatment of arteriosclerosis,but the therapeutic effect of atherosclerosis is still not satisfied. In this review,we will explore the relationship between the pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in atherosclerosis,and try to provide reference for atherosclerosis therapy with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.
