摘要
文章选取了土木工程学科的17种中文核心期刊为样本刊,运用现代文献计量研究的方法和《中国学术期刊影响因子年报》公布的相关数据,选取了样本期刊的复合影响因子、综合影响因子、平均引文数、web即年下载率等数据进行了解读,发现基于文献引证分析的计量评价方法与传统的期刊品牌和影响力的同行评价并无矛盾,用好这些数据将对提高学术期刊的国际影响力大有帮助。
This article chooses 17 Chinese core journals in Civil Engineering as a sample, and using the new quantitative article evaluation methods and the relevant data from the ＂Annual Report for Chinese Academic Journals＇ Impact Factors＂ , studies their journal impact factors （JIF）, SCI journal impact factors, mean citation count and web download count. The conclusion is that there is no conflict between the quantitative article evaluation method and the traditional evaluation of journals＇ brand ＆ influence by peer-review. Efficiently using this data can help academic journals＇ international influence.
