Old Village Renovation Design of Yang Zi Village of Fuqing City in Many Ways

旧村改造是以物质空间改造为手段的,以实现村民生产与生活方式不断改善为目标的建设过程。本文在旧村改造热潮下,以福清市洋梓村为例,阐述了城郊型村庄的概念和特点,分析了城郊型旧村改造的困难与多途径,并提出相应的旧村改造设计。

Transformation of old village is a transformation of physical space by means of the villagers in order to achieve the continuous improvement of production process and lifestyle . In this paper, under the background of old village transformation waves, summarizing the concept and characteristics of suburban villages, The paper focuses on the village of ang Zi in Fuqing City for the study and discusses the difficulties and challenges of suburban transformation of old villages based on multiple perspectives, and then proposes transformation planning strategies.
