摘要
目的探究并分析孕产妇自身身体因素以及外界社会因素等对孕产妇分娩方式选择的影响。方法对南京市高淳区人民医院以及复康医院200名孕产妇发放调查问卷,共回收有效问卷190份,通过调查和访谈了解高淳区孕产妇分娩方式的选择及影响因素,运用SPSS以及Epidata软件进行分析,并得出结论。结果分娩方式的选择中,剖宫产比重偏高;孕产妇选择剖宫产主要是由于医生建议;18.4%孕产妇认为二孩条件影响她们分娩方式的选择。结论加强对剖宫产手术的管理,完善对医生的绩效考核;完善孕产妇孕期保健,加大宣教力度;调整医保补助政策,改变孕产妇的行为。
OBJECTIVE To explore and analyze the influence of maternal physical factors and social factors on the choice of delivery mode for pregnant women. METHODS In Gaochun District People＇s Hospital and rehabilitation hospital, 190 pregnant women were issued questionnaire survey, understand the choice of Gaochun maternal mode of delivery and using SPSS and Epidata software anal- ysis, and draws the conclusion. RESULTS Mode of delivery, cesarean section, the proportion is low. Pregnant women choosing ce- sarean section is mainly due to the doctor＇s advice. The choice of cesarean section in the autonomy requirements of pregnant women had a higher proportion. CONCLUSIONS It needed to strengthen the towards cesarean operation management and improve the perfor- mance appraisal to the doctor and improve maternal health and strengthen propaganda and adjust medical insurance subsidy policy and improve maternal behavior.
