营养支持对老年男性稳定期慢性阻塞性肺部疾病的影响

Nutritional Support for Stabilization of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Elderly Men

目的观察稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)老年男性患者营养支持治疗对肺功能及血气的影响。方法连续入组78例COPD患者,根据患者意愿分为营养组及对照组,营养组在常规治疗基础上联合营养支持治疗,观察营养支持治疗对肺功能及血气的疗效。结果治疗4周后,营养组的营养指标、肺功能(FEV1、FVC和FEVl/FVC)和血气结果 (PO2、PCO2和p H)均有改善,与对照组相比均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后的营养指标、肺功能和血气较治疗前稍有改善,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于COPD患者,除常规治疗外,给予正确的营养支持治疗,可以改善COPD患者的营养状况、肺功能及血气,对改善患者的生活质量有重要意义。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of nutritional support therapy on lung function and blood gas among elderly male pa-tients withstable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）. METHODS 78 COPD patients were recruited consecutively into nutri-tional supportand control groups according to the patients＇ willings. Both groups were given standard COPD treatment. Enteral Nutri-tional suspension was given to nutritional therapy patients. The effect of nutritional support on lung function and blood gas analysiswere analyzed. RESULTS After 4 weeks of treatment, lung function（FEV1, FVC, FEVl/FVC） and blood gas analysis（PO2、PCO2、PH）of nutritional support group had been improved statistically（P〉0.05）; compared with those of control group. CONCLUSIONS ForCOPD patients,in addition to standard treatment, correct nutritional support therapy might improve the nutritional status, lung functionand blood gas analysis of COPD patients, which had important significance on improvirg the quality of life for COPD patients.
