摘要
振动测试与诊断用来评价设备的抗振性能和检验振动分析的正确性,因而成为解决设备振动问题的一个重要技术手段.针对立式数控车床静压支承工作台主变速箱在实际使用中的振动问题,提出了振动测试方法和系统化的测试流程,采用振动监测诊断法对主变速箱进行振动测试诊断.以某厂5米立式数控车床主变速箱为例,运用vib-Graph软件,进行振动测试,分析振动原因,得出诊断结果,证明了所提振动测试流程及方法的有效性.
The vibration testing and diagnosis on equipment,which has become one of the vital technologies to resolve vibration problems,is frequently applied for detecting equipment anti-vibration property and testing vibration analysis accuracy. Aiming at vibration problem of main gear box in hydrostatic support working table of CNC vertical lathe machine in practical use,the paper puts forward vibration testing method and testing procedures systematically,and processes main gear box of hydrostatic support working table using the method of vibration monitoring and diagnosis. A case study on 5m CNC vertical lathe machine from one factory,and finishes vibration testing,and analyzes the reason of the vibration and obtain the result of diagnosis using the software of vib-Graph,and prove the effectiveness of the method though test.
