摘要
为了分析电机铁心片间短路故障,对YR630-12/1430型绕线型异步电动机的定子铁心进行了低励磁实验,并对相同实验条件下故障处的磁通密度、电流密度分布情况及涡流损耗进行了数值仿真.结果表明仿真与实验数据具有较好的一致性,并且随着故障程度的加深,磁密、电流密度也相应的增加.电磁场数值仿真计算可以为片间短路故障分析提供进一步的依据,从而验证了低励磁法铁心片间短路故障系统通过直接探测片间短路点的故障电流来查找故障点可行性.
For the analysis of motor fault between core plate,YR630-12 /1430 type of wound asynchronous motor stator core low excitation experiment was carried out,and failure under the same experimental conditions of magnetic flux density,current density distribution of a numerical simulation is performed and the eddy current loss. The results show that the simulation has good consistency with the experimental data,and the degree of fault,flux density,current density also increased accordingly. Electromagnetic field numerical simulation calculation can provide further basis for short-circuit fault analysis between slices,to verify the low excitation method between core plate to check short-circuit point between fault system by direct detection chip of fault current to find feasibility point of failure.
