摘要
针对目前变压器油纸绝缘结构中绝缘纸板内部含水量测量方法的局限性,应用宽频介电响应技术来实现变压器绝缘纸板含水量的无损测量.采用XY等效模型来模拟实际变压器的主绝缘结构,通过模型绝缘结构的频域介电谱测试,拟合得出绝缘纸板中的含水量.同时对不同温度下的油纸绝缘系统中绝缘纸板含水量测试,与传统化学滴定方法得到的纸板含水量的试验结果对比可以看出,应用宽频介电响应技术测量得到的绝缘纸板含水量与传统化学方法得到的绝缘纸板的含水量基本一致,可以满足现场变压器内部绝缘纸板含水量无损测量的要求.
In view of the current limitation of measurement method for the moisture content of pressboard internal transformer structure of oil paper insulation,the broadband dielectric response method is used to realize non-destructive transformer insulation pressboard moisture measurement. The XY equivalent model is used to simulate the main insulation structure of actual transformer,and the moisture content in pressboard can be fitted by frequency domain dielectric spectrum measurement. Meanwhile,test insulation pressboard moisture of oil paper insulation system in different temperature comparison of the test results is obtained with the traditional chemical titration method. It can be seen that test results using broadband dielectric response method are consistent with the data of pressboard moisture content using traditional chemical method,which can meet the requirements of pressboard moisture nondestructive measurement in the internal insulation of power transformers.
