广东省病毒性脑炎流行状况及病原学研究进展

广东省是我国病毒性脑炎流行较为严重的地区之一,自开展乙脑疫苗的广泛接种以后,乙脑的发病率明显下降,但广东省内还存在大量其他病毒引起的脑炎和不明原因病毒性脑炎.本文就广东省病毒性脑炎流行现状、媒介蚊虫、疫苗接种和病原学等情况进行综述.

Guangdong Province is one of the areas in China with the highest prevalence of viral encephalitis. The incidence of Japanese encephalitis B has declined significantly since the wide use of vaccination. But there are a large number of cases caused by other viruses and large unexplained cases in Guangdong. This paper reviews the prevalence, the vectors, vaccination and etiology of viral encephalitis in Guangdong.
