对经营性冷库贮存冷冻羊肉卷检疫的问题分析

Analysis on the Problems of Quarantine of Frozen Mutton Rolls in the Operation of Cold storage

针对在经营性冷库贮存的冷冻羊肉卷是否应当随货附有动物产品检疫合格证明这一问题,尚且存在法律依据不统一的现象。通过梳理相关监管的法律依据,分析了问题发生的原因,提出了进一步明确、统一动物卫生监督部门和食品药品监督管理部门执法职责与依据的建议。

The problem of whether profit-making frozen mutton rolls stored in the refrigerator should be accompanied by quarantine certificate of animal products was put forward here,because the relevent laws or regulations are not coordinated.Based on relevant regulations,the reasons of such the problem were analyzed,and suggestions of clarifing and unifing the law enforcement duties and basis between animal health supervision department and food and drug department were put forward in this article.
