甘肃省肃南县兽药电子监管实践

The Practice of the Electronic Supervision on Veterinary Drugs in Sunan County of Gansu Province

农业部《兽药经营质量管理规范》下达后,甘肃省肃南县依据没有个体兽药经营户的实际,提出了"定点进药、处方销售、电子监管"工作模式,确定甘州区两家通过兽药GSP认证企业为定点供货单位,由乡镇兽医站考试合格登记备案的技术人员以门诊处方的形式销售兽药,定时上传电子监管平台,实现了节省开支、降低成本、改善环境、加强执法、促进畜牧业发展、提高畜产品质量安全的目的。

After the Good Sale Practice for Veterinary Drugs（GSP） was published by Ministry of Agriculture,the mode of fixed purchase channels,prescription sales and electronic supervision of veterinary drugs was put forward by Sunan County of Gansu Province.According to the lackness of individual veterinary drug operators,and two enterprises with GSP certification in Ganzhou County were confirmed as fixed suppliers.Veterinary drugs were sold out in the form of outpatient prescription by qualified technical personnel on the veterinary station,and the data would be uploaded to electronic monitoring platform regularly,in order to save money,reduce cost,improve the environment,strengthen law enforcement,promote the development of animal husbandry and improve the quality and safety of animal products.
