借鉴乡村医生发展模式谋划乡村兽医队伍建设研究

Study on the Construction of Rural Veterinarians by Using the Development Model of Village Doctors

近年来我国乡村医生队伍建设取得了显著成效,其做法和经验对乡村兽医建设具有很好的借鉴作用。本文介绍了乡村医生建设方面的法规、规章、文件,以及在执业准入、执业场所、职责任务、能力提升、监督管理、养老保障等方面的做法,并在此基础上提出了关于我国乡村兽医队伍建设的几点建议。

In recent years,there was a huge success of the construction of rural physician team.The practice and experience on construction of such a team would be a good reference for rural veterinary team construction in China.The regulations and documents issued for village doctors,and the conditions for professional access,professional place,responsibilities,ability promotion,supervision,management,old-age security practices for village doctors were introduced in this paper.Suggestions for rural veterinary team construction were put forward.
