Investigation on the Construction of the Professional Village-level Animal Epidemic Prevention Staff in Haicheng City of Liaoning Province

辽宁省海城市畜牧兽医局在村级防疫员队伍建设方面进行了大胆探索,按照改革创新的思路,通过缩减防疫员岗位、考试择优聘用、增加防疫员收入等方式,把防疫员队伍向职业化方向推进,成效显著。

A new mode of construction of the professional village-level animal epidemic prevention staff was explored in Haicheng city of Liaoning province.According to the idea of reforming and innovation,by reducing the epidemic prevention staff positions,recruitment examination and increasing their income,the professional level of epidemic prevention staff has been promoted successfully.
