摘要
研究了退火温度对孪晶诱发塑性钢的性能和组织的影响。采用XRD、光学和扫描显微镜、硬度和拉伸试验机分析了加热后力学性能和组织之间关系。结果表明,强度和伸长率的最佳组合可以在部分再结晶区温度条件下实现。
Effect of annealing temperature on mechanical properties and the microstructure of TWIP steel was investigated. XRD meter, optical and scanning electron microscopy, hardometer and tensile machine were used to analyze the relationship between mechanical properties and microstructure after annealing process. The results indicate an optimum combination of strength and elongation achieves under the condition of annealing in the partial recrystallization region.
