摘要
为了研究SiC_p预处理对Al-Si基复合材料耐磨性的影响规律,在1100℃对SiC_p进行不同氧化时间的预处理,通过粉末冶金方法制备了SiC_p增强Al-Si基复合材料。利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、布氏硬度计、ML-10型磨损试验机等设备,对样品的表面形貌、相组成、硬度、耐磨性等表征。结果表明:SiC_p表面氧化硅层的厚度随氧化时间的增加而变厚;随SiC_p预处理时间的增加,样品的密度、硬度和耐磨性先增加后降低;SiC_p预处理时间为10 h时样品的耐磨性最好,与SiC_p未预处理的样品相比,磨损率降低了44%。
Aluminium-silicon-based composites reinforced by SiCp pretreated at 1100 ℃ with different time was prepared, and the effect of SiCp pretreatment on wear-resistance of the aluminium-silieon-based composite was investigated. The surface morphology, phase constituent, hardness and wear resistance were tested by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , X-ray diffractometer (XRD) , Brinell hardness tester and ML-10 type wear testing machine, respectively. The results show that the thickness of SiO2 on the surface of SiCp increases with the increase of pretreating time of SiCp ; the density, hardness and wear resistance of the composites increase first and then decrease with the increase of pretreating time of SiCp. Compared with the sample reinforced by unpretreated SiCp, the wear rate decrease by 44% for the sample reinforced by SiCp pretreated at 1100 ℃ for lO h.
