马氏体时效不锈钢的离子渗氮 被引量:5

摘要 对一种高合金马氏体时效不锈钢施行了真空离子渗氮,用光镜、扫描电镜观察了渗层组织,采用XRD进行渗层物相分析,探讨了渗氮温度、时间、气氛对渗层组织及深度的影响规律。结果表明,马氏体时效不锈钢通过调整工艺参数,在低于其时效温度下渗氮可获得0.2 mm以上的渗层,渗层深度内硬度均匀,可达1100 HV0.2。 Ion nitriding was carried out on maraging stainless steel. SEM, TEM and XRD were used to examine the microstructure of nitrided layer. Microhardness and thickness of the nitrided layer were measured. The influence of nitriding temperature, time and atmosphere on microstructure and thickness of the nitrided layer were investigated. The results indicate that when nitrided at 480 ℃ which is below the aging temperature of the steel, a nitrided layer with a thickness about 0.2 mm can be obtained by employing the appropriate process parameters, and moreover, it has a uniform hardness about 1100 HV0.2 in the whole nitrided layer.
