摘要 研究了苯并二呋喃酮类分散染料分散红CBN的主要染色性能,并探讨了在不同处理工艺下的色牢度。结果表明,分散红CBN有较高的始染温度,在染色温度超过110℃尤其是超过120℃后才有明显上染。分散红CBN的染深性能一般,4%用量时色力度已达86.31%,最佳上染p H为3.5-5.0,为了保证匀染性一般采用高温135℃染色。Ca^2+和Cu^2+对分散红CBN影响较小,而Fe^3+影响较明显;除了耐升华色牢度3-4级外,分散红CBN的各项色牢度均较好,可以达到4-5级。 The dyeing property of benzodifaradone disperse dye red CBN and the color fastness under different treatment condition were discussed. The results showed that the initial dyeing temperature of disperse red CBN was more than 110 ℃. Obvious dyeing result can be obtained over 120 ℃. Its dyeing property was normal. The color depth was 86.31% with 4% dye concentration at p H=3.5-5.0. To ensure the dyeing levelness, dyeing progress were usually carried out at 135 ℃. The influence of Ca^2+ and Cu^2+ on disperse red CBN was week, but the influence on Fe^3+ was obvious. The color fastnesses of disperse red CBN were 4-5, but the sublimation fastness was 3-4.
