摘要
费厄斯坦的中介理论揭示了学习过程中教师中介作用的十二个特征,阐述了在儿童或成人学习过程中教师作为中介者与学习者之间的互动关系。本文基于翻转课堂的特点,实证探讨中介作用在翻转课堂上给我国大学英语教师带来的机遇与挑战,为翻转课堂模式下教师作为中介者角色的实施、更好地服务我国外语人才创新培养寻求最佳途径,并在构建先进教学理念、调整教学角色、尊重学生个性、培养学生综合素养与技能等方面提出对策,以期给我国大学英语教师、教育决策者、课程开发者提供示范和参考。
Feuerstein's mediation theory reveals 12 characteristics of teachers' mediative functions in learners'learning process, as well as the interaction between teachers as mediators and learners in their learning process. Based on the features of the flipped classroom, this paper raises empirical concerns about the opportunities and challenges caused by the application of mediation in English-as-a-Foreign-Language (EFL) flipped classrooms, actively seeking the best measures to implement the role of teacher as mediator and better serve China's talent training of innovation. This is likewise to put forward countermeasures for the construction of advanced instructional notions, teaching role adjustment, learners' personality respect, and learners' comprehensive quality and ability cultivation, thus attempting to provide reflections and demonstrations for EFL college teachers, policy makers, and curriculum developers in the future.
