In a recent article entitled “South China Sea： How We Got to This Stage” in the U.S.-based National Interest on Nay 9, veteran diplomat Fu Ying and senior researcher Wu Shicun examined the evolution of the maritime disputes in the South China Sea between China and some neighboring countries.
