摘要
探讨了不同原料种类对材料成核及结晶速率的影响,研究了助剂及高流动性材料对高填充尼龙阻燃材料的析出及阻燃的影响,结果表明,原料种类对结晶速率有较大的影响,DSC显示同样试验条件下半结晶时间T_(1/2)最大相差30s左右,助剂和高流动尼龙材料能明显改善高填充下的析出状况,析出面积数值Ф从17%降到0%,助剂对材料的力学性能影响较小。随着阻燃剂含量的增加,灼热丝起燃温度(GWIT)数值从770℃提高到930℃,添加量到55%时,轻微析出。
In this paper, the influence of different types of nylon 6 on the nucleation and crystallizationrate was discussed. The effects of the additives and the high flow materials on the precipitation and flameretardancy of the high filled flame retardant nylon materials were studied. The results show that: the types ofraw materials have great influence on the crystallization rate, and DSC shows that the difference ofcrystallization time T~/2 is up to about 30 s in the same test conditions. The additives and the high flow nylonmaterials can significantly improve the precipitation conditions under high filling content with the precipitationarea index qb decreasing from 17% to 0%. The additives have a slight effect on the mechanical properties ofthe materials. With the increase of the flame retardant content, the value of glow wire ignition temperature(GWIT) increased from 770 vto 930℃. When the content is 55%, there would be a slight precipitation.
