摘要
以含有Si—O—Si键及Si—Si键的物质为原料,采用气相法制备低比表面积纳米二氧化硅。考察不同分子结构对最终样品粒度、比表面积的影响。采用低温氮吸附、纳米粒度测试等手段对样品进行了表征。结果表明,Si—O—Si形式的分子结构更有利于形成低比表面积的纳米二氧化硅,分子中取代基团对样品孔特性及粒度也有明显影响。
The nano silica with low specific surface area was prepared by gas phase method with thematerial containing Si--O--Si and Si--Si bonds as raw materials. The effects of different molecular structureson the particle size and specific surface area of the final samples were investigated. The samples werecharacterized by low temperature nitrogen adsorption, particle size test and so on. The results show that themolecular structure of Si--O--Si is more favorable for the formation of nano silica with low specific surface area,and the substituent groups have significant influence on the particle size and pore characteristic of the sample.
