妈富隆与补佳乐治疗青春期功血安全性及有效性的Meta分析

Meta Analysis of the Safety and Efficacy of Marvelon and Progynova in the Treatment of Adolescent Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的对妈富隆与补佳乐治疗青春期功血的安全性及有效性进行系统评价。方法计算机检索MEDLINE、CNKI、VIP、FMJS、万方,收集以单纯妈富隆治疗为实验组干预措施,以补佳乐加黄体酮为对照组干预措施治疗青春期功血的随机对照试验(RCT),根据Cochrane系统评价的方法,使用Review Manager 5.2对纳入的文献进行Meta分析。结果共纳入12篇RCT,包括825名青春期功血患者。分析显示:控制出血时间、完全止血时间、治疗有效率、突破性出血发生率、不良反应发生率、平均住院时间等指标,两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妈富隆在治疗青春期功血的控制出血时间、完全止血时间及有效率方面有明显的优势,且具有较低的不良反应及突破性出血发生率,临床值得推广。

Objective To make the systematic evaluation of the safety and efficacy of marvelon and progynova in treatment of puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods We collected the randomly control test（ RCT） by searching MEDLINE,CNKI,VIP,FMJS,and Wanfang,which used simple Marvelon treatment as interventions of the experimental group,and,with progynova plus progestin as interventions of the control group in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. According to the Cochrane system evaluation method,the meta analysis was performed using the Review Manager 5. 2 of the included studies.Results 12 RCTs were included,including 825 patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. The analysis showed that：for controlling the bleeding time,hemostasis time,treatment efficiency and breakthrough bleeding incidence,the incidence of adverse reactions,the average hospitalization time and other indicators,there was a significant difference in between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Marvelon has obvious advantages in the treatment of the controlling bleeding time,completely hemostatic time and efficiency of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding,and has lower adverse reactions and breakthrough bleeding incidence rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
