二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者血液流变学及血管弹性的影响

Effects of Metformin on Hemorheology and Blood Vessel Elasticity in Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者血液流变学及血管弹性的影响。方法 90例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组患者给予控制饮食、运动锻炼及降糖等2型糖尿病一般治疗,观察组患者在一般治疗基础上给予二甲双胍治疗。结果观察组2型糖尿病患者临床治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组2型糖尿病患者,临床治疗总有效率71.11%,差异有统计学意义(x^2=7.601,P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组患者血浆比黏度、全血比黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞聚集及血细胞容积指数水平均低于对照组患者血浆比黏度、全血比黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞聚集及血细胞容积指数水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组患者血管弹性指标PEVβ、β、AI及Ep水平变化低于对照组患者血管弹性指标PEVβ、β、AI及Ep水平,且观察组患者AC水平高于对照组患者AC水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组患者FPG、2h PG及Hb A1c水平低于对照组患者FPG、2h PG及Hb A1c水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论二甲双胍应用于2型糖尿病患者,不仅能够发挥良好的降糖作用,还可有效改善长期高血糖引起的血液流变学及血管弹性参数异常升高现象,促进血液循环及血管弹性逐渐恢复。

Objective To investigate the effects of metformin on blood rheology and vascular elasticity in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 2 cases of Type 90 diabetes patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 45 cases. Patients in control group were given controlling diet,exercise,blood sugar and other type 2 diabetes general treatment,the observation group were treated with metformin on the basis of general treatment. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group patients with type 2 diabetes was 93. 33%,higher than that of the control group patients with type 2 diabetes,the total effective rate was 71. 11%,the difference was statistically significant（x-2 = 7. 601,P〈0. 01）. After treatment were observed in patients plasma specific viscosity,whole blood viscosity,fibrinogen,erythrocyte aggregation and blood cell volume index level were lower than those of control groups,difference has statistical significance P〈0. 01-0. 05.After the treatment was observed in the groups of patients with blood vessel elasticity index PEV beta,beta,AI and EP levels lower than control groups. The vascular elasticity index PEV beta,beta,AI and EP levels,and the observation group AC levels higher than that of the control group were AC levels,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. After treatment,the observation group of patients with FPG,2h PG and Hb A1 c levels were lower than the control group of patients with FPG,2h PG and Hb A1 c levels,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Metformin in patients with type 2 diabetes can not only play a good hypoglycemic effect,but also effectively improve the long-term high blood sugar caused by blood rheology and blood vessel elasticity parameters increase abnormally,promote blood circulation and blood vessel elasticity gradually restored.
